A Little About Me

I was born and raised in Somerset, Kentucky and have lived there my entire life. My wife Lisa and I have two adult sons, Aaron and Brett. I have always enjoyed camping, hiking and traveling. Photographing our trips has been a way to retain many wonderful memories. Our family went on vacation to Arizona in 2003 where I was able to take some nice pictures of this beautiful state. Since that time my interest has centered on landscape photography.

In January 2006, I established Landscape Expressions and began selling some of my work, concentrating on landscapes and, occasionally, flora and fauna. Although I spend a significant amount of time photographing the back roads of Kentucky, Tennessee and North Carolina. I have also had the opportunity to visit several National Parks and locations out west. I have made several trips to Canada, including the provinces of Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia including Vancouver Island. I have visited Central and South America including Costa Rica, Brazil, Argentina and Chile. Overseas I have visited Australia and New Zealand.

Traveling the world and photographing nature's wonders have become more than a hobby in my life: they are my passion!
